Time Quake by Linda Archer-Buckley

Time Quake (The Gideon Trilogy, #3)Time Quake by Linda Buckley-Archer
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

SPOILERS!

After loving the first two books in this series, this ending volume was a disappointment. Having the characters return to their state before the entire story began complete destroys any chance of character development. While Gideon and Nathaniel have memories of the events that transpired over the first two books, the child protagonists do not. I am so disappointed that the children are unable to learn from their adventures that I cannot recommend this series.

The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place by Maryrose Wood

The Mysterious Howling (The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place #1)The Mysterious Howling by Maryrose Wood
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

These are the snarkiest, most fun books I have read in ages. The narrator is fantastic, the story is well-crafted, the language fantastic. If you get the opportunity listen to it on audio since the voice actress is amazing.
